Sales & Support Engineer


Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Follow up on the leads given by the organization and communicate with prospective customers from pre-sales to post-sales support.
  2. Generate and follow up on new leads.
  3. Interact with customers and sales representatives to gain firsthand familiarity with customer requirements
  4. Perform customer site inspections to understand and communicate requirements with customers.
  5. Evaluate customer support issues as well as maintain top-level positive perceptions by customers pertinent to the organization's support structure.
  6. Coordinate between customer and Technical (installation) team for any new Installations/Support.
  7. Follow up with Dubai Police/SIRA for any Dubai Police/SIRA auditing/inspection.


Educational Qualifications


BE/BTech in any of the following from any reputed university

  1. Electrical Engineering
  2. Electronics Engineering
  3. Software Engineering
  4. Communication Engineering


BE/BTech Certificate should be attested by UAE Embassy/MoFA


Optional

  1. Any previous experience in Sales is a bonus.
  2. Experience as a Support Engineer is a bonus.
  3. Basic knowledge of CRM (Customer Resource Management) Software (Optional)
  4. UAE Driving License (Optional)
  5. SIRA Certified Security Systems Engineer (Optional)


Training

The company will provide training for the following

  1. CRM Software
  2. Lead Generation/Sales
  3. SIRA Certification for Security Systems Engineer (SSR) https://www.sira.gov.ae/en/courses/security_systems_engineer.aspx
